On November 11, 2010, commencement ceremony of social housing project was held in Malabo, capital of Equatorial Guinea.
Beijing Centree International Construction Contracting Co.,Ltd serves as main contractor and Anhui Construction Engineering Group serves as construction contractor of this project. Present at the ceremony were Mr. Gao Zhifeng, Counselor of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Embassy of P.R.China in Equatorial Guinea, Mr. Yu Chunge, General Manager of Manager’s Office of in Equatorial Guinea, Mr. Wu Kang, Assistant to the General Manager of ACEG and General Manager of ACEG Overseas Development Company.
ACEG undertakes 1200 out of the total 4800 units of this project. The contract price is US$64,532,700. The 6 buildings on Plot 1, Phase I of the project consist of 192 units with floor area of 23,452 square meters. Projects on Plot 2 & 3 will get started very soon. The completion of this project will improve greatly the living conditions of local people and contribute significantly to the promotion of friendship between China and Equatorial Guinea.
