In the past few days, ACEG overseas business development has made a new breakthrough. In the first quarter of 2014, Anhui Construction Engineering Group Angola Limited Liability Company and Anhui Construction Engineering Group Algeria branch made new progress in market developing. The total contract value is about RMB 3.04 billion Yuan, which has completed 67.6% of the whole year’s business indicators of 4.5 billion Yuan.
As the general contractor, ACEG Angola LLC signed the contract of 4100 units of housing project on Jan 27th, 2014. The project owner is TAMAR Company which has been authorized by Ministry of Angola National Defense. The project floor area is about 500 thousand square meters. The construction work has been divided into 5 years; 820 units per on year. The contract value is about RMB 1.568 billion Yuan.
On March 4th 2014, ACEG received the contract of Constantine AADL 6000 units housing project from Algeria National Contract Committees. The floor area is about 660 thousand square meters and it will include 190 single structures, totally 6000 sets. The duration is 28 months and the contract value is about RMB 1.473 billion Yuan.
