On June 18 local time in Algiers, Algeria, ACEG (Algeria) Co., Ltd. won the bid for two thermes de spa centers project - RIGHA Spa Center in Ain Dfla and BOU HANNFIA Spa Center in Maskara, the total contract value amounts to RMB￥208 Million incl. VAT and the contract duration is 18 months.
The decoration of the two projects will be carried out in accordance with the standard of a three-star hotel and the kitchen utensils, furniture, ornaments and bedding articles will be purchased by the contractor.
In addition, the contractor will be responsible for the use and commissioning of the equipments and personnel training after the project handed over to the owner.
The successful bidding of these two thermes de spa centers project is resulted from the better situations of Algerian construction market and the fine adjustment of market layout of ACEG (Algeria) Co., Ltd. The Algerian construction market will surely be recovered gradually as the international crude price keeps on the rise.
