An ACEG delegation headed by Mr. Zhao Shiyun, Chairman of the Board of ACEG, and Mr. Liu Jiajin, General Manager of ACEG, visited Anhui Conch Group and called on Mr. Gao Dengbang, Chairman of the Board of Anhui Conch Group Co., Ltd. on the morning of March 27, in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. The two sides have exchanged in-depth views on deepening bilateral cooperation and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement.
Anhui Conch Group, known as one of China`s cement production giants, A&H shares listed company with its headquarters in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, possesses 370 subsidiaries running businesses across China and 20 foreign countries as well, such as Indonesia, Myanmar, it is by far the best in its history, and likewise, ACEG is a leading contractor in the construction industry, with prominent advantages of scaled businesses which have stronger business complementarities with those of Conch Group and the two sides have reached the consensus to further deepen and expand the bilateral cooperative spaces and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.
The two sides agreed to take this meeting as an opportunity and take the main contents of the framework agreement reached as the outline, further refine the cooperation schemes and promote the in-depth cooperation based on specific projects, focusing on the businesses of common interests, especially the overseas businesses, including but not limited to new building materials, prefabricated buildings and hydropower developments.
